Workshops
Rolling Horse Ranch offers leadership and personal growth workshops, one-on-one personal coaching, presentations and demonstrations. Workshops are limited to 8 - 10 participants. Due to the nature of the program we do not allow auditors or observers without special permission. There is no riding involved in the programs. Work is done on the ground with horses. No horse experience is necessary.

These are 1, 2, or 3-day programs.
- Developing Coherent Leadership
- This is the core offering of RHR and includes a series of activities which focus on creating environments which will feel safe on all levels for you and others. In the presence of horses, you have an opportunity to discover how you lead others, how you organize in team situations, how you establish a connection with others and how you show appreciation and care with those who you interact. The one-day course offers an overview, the two-day has more activities and exercises, and the three day course goes into more depth on coherent leadership development.
- The Energetics of Leadership
- The focus of this workshop is to home in on identifying and managing your energy in relation to others. Do you overwhelm people? Do people not know if you are even there? What does it take to get the "flow" when connecting with others personally and professionally? Horses offer you clear and honest feedback on how your presence, leadership, confidence and focus is perceived by others.
Executive Coaching with Horses
One-on-one or small groups of 2-4 persons.
- Building Coherence in Your Life
- Deep, personal and heartfelt work describes this workshop. You will work at recognizing stress points in your life, how you respond to them and then making choices to manage your perceptions and reactions to stress so that you feel more balanced and in control within your heart as the source of your intuition and your mind as the guide to sound decisions. The horses partner with individuals to offer insight as to how to recognize and build a coherent intelligence.

- This is a licensed program from the HearthMath Institute. Dr. Kaye Gehrke is licensed to provide one-on-one work.
